Great service,great work. Most importantly, honest people. They don't try to suck as much money out of you, like other places. They only fix what is needed. Been coming here for a while now. My second visit, I needed brakes. I was sure I needed all four brakes. They told me only two needed brakes. I was shocked of the honesty. That's how you get customers to come back. Thanks guys!!!

Scott M. Has to be the best service advisor I've dealt with. He is extremely informative, and knowledgeable. Along with his team of mechanics it will be extremely difficult to get me to go to a different shop. Seeing how other shops I've been to, always seem to forget without their mechanics they would be another vacant building, hopefully west herr realizes that good, smart, hardworking techs are not a dime a dozen I'd hope that west herr goes above and beyond for the amazing mechanics on Scott's team and hopefully those diesel techs aren't ...

No pressure, full attention to my needs and treated with the utmost respect by my salesman. This is by far the most pleasant new car buying experience and trust me, I have bought many new vehicles in the past. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering buying, but hesitant due to past bad experiences.
Salesman was professional, courteous, personable, and took his time to listen to what kind of vehicle we wanted and could afford. He was not pushy. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything. He took the time to find the right vehicle for us based on what our likes were. He explained everything in detail and answered our questions with patience. We purchased a vehicle of our choice and drove it home that day! It was a great experience overall!
Throughout the years we have purchased many cars from dealerships and I have to say that this was the worst car delivery experience. I spent over ten hours on the first nice Sunday weather wise buffing out scratches and cleaning a brand new car not to mention the hundreds of $$'s in cleaning supplies used. A brand new car should look and feel like a brand new car when leaving the dealership. Spoke with salesman regarding issue who stated he mentioned the issue to management and never heard a thing back.
Jasen helped make this process a wonderful one. Answered all questions, and listened to my needs. Left with a great truck and a great dealer/ client relationship.
